Sometimes all you can do is put on your best brave face and simply get on with it. Just face up to it. Face forward and march - one foot in front of the other - until you get to where you are going. You know that you can get there if you try, all you have to do is set your direction.Talking of direction - I found this funny chap on the beach at the weekend. He just appeared out of the sand and lay there looking at me. He didn't say much. He didn't even wink. I'm still trying to work out what his expression might mean...
