Barbados Lamb

Wow! Just look at this, doesn't it look delicious? This is our Barbados Lamb as cooked by Mr Glynne Kirkham earlier this evening - in his words 'Yummy'. Well done Glynne, see you on Masterchef!

  2. It was really nice. I was very impressed. The smell was amazing from the meat that had been marinated overnight. I cooked the lamb for about 3 hours and it is was really tender and sweet. I used a whole chilli so it had quite a kick, but the lamb was really sweet and it went really well. It was easy to do and I'll definetly be doing it again.
