Rain, rain, rain...

It rained and rained and rained all night. Torrents of it.

In fact the rain in the last 24 hours has added so much weight to my magnificent hydrangea that it is drooping. Mind you these heads are 18 inches plus across so they can hold a lot of water.

I have a small £2 white hydrangae and the flowers are less than 8cm acroos - do you think it will grow up big and strong like yours?

Miine is in shade and about 10 ft tall. I keep it well cut back and train it to the wall. It produces about 10 massive heads each year. I think I bought it from Woolies for a quid at least 15 years ago.
